"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is a quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.” - Mary Ann Radmacher

Brooke completed her undergraduate program at Bowling Green State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work degree. She entered the graduate program at The University of Toledo and earned her Masters in Social Work. Brooke has been a Licensed Social Worker since 2008 and has spent 16 years in the field working with Ohio residents providing Compassion Focused and Trauma-Informed care with a strength-based and person-centered approach.

She specializes in treating individuals, couples, and families suffering with anxiety, depression, trauma, marital struggles, interpersonal conflicts, family dynamics, and grief. She loves getting to know her clients and providing them a safe and relaxing space for healing. She is passionate about providing her clients education and tools they can use to invite and maintain healing into their lives.

Brooke finds that Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Humanistic and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are the therapeutic modalities she draws from the most; however, she is familiar with other modalities to customize the therapy for her client's needs. She believes that each of us can live happy, thriving lives and is passionate about helping her clients reach the best version of themselves!
