Ciara is a licensed independent social worker with 7 years of experience. She received her bachelor’s in science in social work from The Ohio State University. She also obtained a master’s of arts in social work from Wright State University.
Ciara has experience working within community mental health and schools. She provided individual and group therapy to students with exceptionalities. Ciara has been providing telehealth services for two years. She is passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, and stress.
Ciara’s therapeutic approach is rooted cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy and solution focused therapy. Her goal is to provide a safe environment for clients to foster positive change, build emotional regulation, and take control of their lives and thoughts.
