Hannah is a compassionate counselor who strives to create a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where clients can feel free to be their authentic selves throughout the counseling process. She holds a deep belief in the mind-body-soul connection and understands how adverse experiences can shape the way individuals engage with the world around them. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, deepen their self-awareness, and progress toward their personal therapy goals at a pace that feels right for them.
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Ohio University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She brings several years of experience working in the psychiatric inpatient setting at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where she provided trauma-informed care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in holistic, humanistic, and trauma-informed principles. She thoughtfully integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Theory. Hannah tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, always aiming to support them in a way that honors their individual experiences, strengths, and goals.
