Paige has an undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern University in Sociology and a Masters in Social Work from Wesleyan University. She has 18 years of experience in the mental health field working with adults, adolescents, children, and families.
She has provided case management and therapy to client’s dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, navigating conflict, boundary issues, and effective communication. The models she utilizes most are (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, person- centered therapy, and strength based therapy.
She has a passion to see individuals thrive regardless of their circumstances. Helping the client identify their strengths while displaying empathy, compassion, and understanding is what makes the process more comfortable.
