Paula has been a Clinical Social Worker since 1983 with an undergrad degree in psychology from The Ohio University and a master's degree from the The University of Cincinnati in social work. She has also completed the Post Graduate program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
Her education and consequent training and experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with a diverse client population. Living and studying in Mexico as an undergrad and living on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana was a time for her to further demonstrate skills learned; and overall sensitivity to different cultures and cultural circumstances.
Paula has worked in community mental health and private practice. She has enjoyed assisting clients in their growth and development as they make positive changes in their lives leading to increased satisfaction. She feels privileged to be a part of their coping with struggles and successes during your work together.
Paula's clients would most commonly describe her as gentle and genuine, with a truly caring approach to each client.
